STARBUCKS COFFEE - ALTENS, AB

Awful, just been, place was like a tip, had to ask for them to clean a table to sit down at. Ordered two small lattes, and a small chai latte, got the lattes ok, but no chai latte. Turned out someone else had taken it, they gave us another in a paper cup, my wife took it up and asked if they could put it in a proper cup, they said they had no cups left, all apparently dirty, place littered with them sitting on tables, she insisted on cup and they eventuality brought it over to us, guess what? It was actually a cappuccino! Back to counter and asked for cash back, the guy said he had made a a chai and someone else had taken it, and proceeded to argue, only to be stopped dead by my wife. Very disappointed in both the cleanliness of this he premises and the customer service. Will not use it again.

Staff are helpful and cheerful. I see a lot of bad reviews online but I haven’t had a bad experience - and the one time I got the wrong drink they were so apologetic and sorted it out immediately for me. I enjoy going there :)

Poor - caramel frapachino was milk blended with ice no syrup and tonnes of cream on top with syrup poured on the cream. Shocking second time this has happened and I won't be going back. Surely the standard that staff are trained should be the same for each outlet......
