I normally don't like to say a bad word but I really feel let down by this company. There products are what they are but we were given no recommdations to add safety to our French doors, front door, bi folding doors. Just very basic stuff! HSB are the professionals in this field and should offer the full range. Whenever you ask them for more safety or security they say that's all we offer. They have profiled my French doors wrong. The bi folding door has a problem with the lock and we have had the worker sunny come out twice to adjust it. Who seems to always be in a hurry and lazy! To date we have not been given a Fensa cerf either. When you ring them we keep getting told all the boys are on jobs. Hold on my house is left unsafe because the lock is not wrong. Oh yeah they also put the wrong locks on the doors when we questioned it we were told you never asked us for the external doors to be lockable! Really would we be that stupid not to want locks why even bother to have windows or doors than. so HSB when are you going to send a decent person to fix my bi fold lock? And please make sure your workers don't moan at me for making complain! At the end of the day it's only my money And my house at risk. Thank you :(

I asked this company to price part of a building project i was doing for a school in Slough, they were to "supply only" the UPVC windows . They never came back to me with a price , instead they approached the school direct and stole the window part of the project. Not nice people , definitely not to be trusted JOHN MURPHY BUILDER SLOUGH

Please please please do not believe the reviews on here ! For those who say they got the best quote and best service, wait at least 3-6 months and then you'll see, Good luck getting in touch with them again aswell.

Poor workmanship and highly unreliable. 1 years fitting warranty so by the time you realise there are issues they will not do anything. They will tell you though the window and the plastics are covered. I’m not happy with them been calling for the last 2 weeks. They come only when im not around and do a blag visit. There are gaps in the window frame itself, they are loose and let in all the cold air.

Ive been calling them since END of May -due to a failed visit. if you think this is a rant over being a pissed off customer.. pick up the phone and try calling them. When you get the message that the mailbox is full = you'll have your answer.... no respected business would have a full mailbox, the fact they have is a warning sign. PS i called within working hours -ofcourse
