Bloody awful, ongoing problem since December 2015 just picked my car up for the third time! Fault still there. Shoddy & they don't care.
Not impressed with the standard of service. Sold a car which had two perished wheels and were not safe, they did replace them after a lot of persuation. The spare tyre was completly wrong and they ordered a new one, we went to pick it up and they said it had already been put in the car. Very strange as it was previuosly been 100 miles away at the time. After an hours wait we finally got the spare but no screw to put it in place. They are very inefficent and would never use a ford dealer again after having two bad experiences previously.
