Very disappointed from start to finish. The company is clearly very busy as start date was eight months from choosing and ordering. When the furniture arrived it wasn't the products I had ordered. The washbasin and unit was the first incorrect item. I wanted either a single drawer or cupboard so I can store cleaning products. The unit arrived with two drawers. Spoke to Shaun who said ok I can change that. The next day he told me they don't do what I want in the collection. I suggested he looks for another collection that does. He knew what I wanted when I ordered it, it was most important to me to have only one drawer as two drawer unit you can't stand cleaning products upright. He found one but said it would take 10 weeks to arrive. Agreed to this. Shaun then unpacked the toilet and tap to show me. Both were incorrect, Shaun said ok I can change them but he never apologised for these mistakes. Finally the right products arrived without waiting 10weeks which was great. The bathroom really started to take shape after several hiccups. They finally finished the job and on checking it over discovered a chipped wall tile and a chipped floor tile. A hole in ceiling next to extractor fan. Extractor fan not square to wall, sealant covered tiles up to 3.5cm making grout look disgustingly dark. Notified Shaun, it took 3 weeks for him to get back to me due to Xmas break. He came and viewed the issues, said wall tile can be replaced but floor tile couldn't as it would damage under floor heating and they would fill it with grout. He agreed the sealant didn't look good but said it always seaps across grout lines. This I couldn't accept and showed him my shower room where the sealant was perfect. He agreed the sealant would be removed and replaced with sealant the same colour as tiles and grout rather than clear which makes grout darker. Again no apology. The floor tile was touched up but it still shouted as whatever was used was considerably darker than floor tile. I waited a further week and as no-one arrived I contacted Shaun to ask when the rest of the remedial work would be carried out to be told they were busy and it would be another week before it could commence. Eventually the work was undertaken. The tiler was incredible. He made the bathroom look like a bathroom rather than a codged mess that had been left. I pointed out the chip in floor tile. He wiped it with an alcohol wipe and whatever it was filled with came out. He advised me he used to work for a firm that dealt with granite and knew of a product that could be used. Had to wait another week before they had the product. Tiler came and repaired tile. It now looks the same as the rest of the floor. It is now 6 weeks since all work completed and repaired tile looks perfect. I would like to thank the tiler for everything he did to make the bathroom look like it does now. He transformed the disaster. A big thank you. Still not received an apology from the company so all in all very disappointed with the service and wish I had used the same firm that did my shower room at less than a third of the price. You don't always get what you pay for. I expected something special.
