Calledin to pick up glasses and told to take
a seat whilst he got my glasses
Instead of returning he started to serve
another customer at the desk and did not
speak to for approx 10 mins - doing something
on computer
I asked that he dealt with me without further
delay and then told someone would be with me
shortly about 5 mins
Only 2 members on shop floor one serving
another customer and stood at the counter
Terrible service and I left and returned
later
Told by manager that there was a long queue
of 10 people and I would have to got to back
of queue.
Totally understaffed and poor service after -
optician ok but sales staff extreme poor and
would recommend you go elsewhere which I will
do next time I need glasses
