Got 3 quotes for my new kitchen decided even though it was the dearest I would support local business as I live nearby. On the face my kitchen is beautiful & exactly as I hoped, but a week after it was finished I found a small defect to 1 of the side panels to the Island, it very quickly developed into a large split. After numerous phone calls the owner finally came to inspect & told us it was water damage & not his responsibility, if I wanted it replaced it would cost £300! I explained the only water to be near the panel would have happened mopping the floor & I hoped a £15k kitchen could withstand more than a weeks mopping. He left to think it over, that was 3 months ago & I have heard nothing since. Aftercare very disappointing. Had 2 fitted bedrooms to order have went elsewhere - would not recommend them.
Our Kitchen is now in place for five years. It's as good as new. Not the cheapest perhaps but certainly excellent quality.
