Total disgrace!! Got charged £67 to fix an over which he wasn’t able to fix!! He then wants to charge us again to fix a motor to it. Charged us for an hrs work when he spent most of it talking and not working!! Cowboy. I am rating him as one because I won’t allow me to rate zero!
Awful. Like the other reviews say, he turns up and immediately says the appliance can't be fixed and overcharges on top of the ridiculous call out fee. Doesn't offer to order replacement part. In the end another electrician fixed it easily for half the price.
