I visited the fashion house recently for an outfit for my daughters wedding.as I was traveling from Southern Ireland I phoned the previous day to enquire about a specific dress. The lady I spoke to, Wilma, was so helpful, she took the details of the dress in question and phoned me back to say they had it in stock in 2 sizes. She chatted to me about dress shopping for a wedding and certainly gave me the impression nothing was too much trouble in this shop. When I visited the shop the following day Wilma wasn’t there but I met a fantastic lady called Elaine who was brilliant.. she let me try the Dress in both sizes, encouraged me to look around at other options. She wasn’t pushy or judgmental just professional and easy to deal with. The range of stock in this beautiful shop is incredible... I strongly advise you if you can’t get exactly what you’re looking for, like me , come here and you won’t be disappointed..
At the checkout I dealt with a second lady (one of the proprietors I think ) who also was extremely friendly, and went out of her way to make me feel my custom was really appreciated.. overall a great shopping experience
