ECO SKIP HIRE - CHURCH GRESLEY, DE

I can now see why this company has low rates- poor service! I booked for my skip to be collected on a Friday, and when this wasn't collected I called to find out when it would be, to be told it would now be Monday as they were a driver short. Monday came and went, and still the skip sat on my drive. On Tuesday I was told they didn't know when this would be collected but would arrange something for some point that week. Finally it was collected on Wednesday, and when I called to check this had gone, I spoke with a very rude woman on the phone. She told me to 'look out of your window and see for yourself', to which I informed her I was not at the house and just wanted to check it was scheduled for collection. I thanked her for the information and she proceeded to hang up on me.

Have used this company twice and have never had a problem. Lady on phone gave advice on size of skip required for the job I was doing which was perfect. She was friendly and polite. Delivery and collection of skip as ordered, certainly use this company again .

Bad Customer service from F****- I was informed incorrect information and my skip came on the wrong day resulting in me only having 3 days to fill it. When I tried to resolve the issue with F**** she was very rude and put the phone down on me, I tried to call back however she didn't answer and put the call through to the answerphone. She informed me to use another company and I am surprised they get any customers with this attitude. Utter disgrace, very appalling. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE!
