SCS – SOFA CARPET SPECIALIST - PLYMOUTH, DE

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I don’t often leave reviews unless i receive particularly good or in this case bad service. We have had a lovely carpet fitted by a lovey (independent) fitter. It is just unfortunate that the carpet was measured up and sold to us by morons! They measured our carpet incorrectly and completely misled us with the ‘deal’ that we got from them. The language that they use is very misleading and apparently we had to thoroughly check the ‘small print’. I was told by the very patronising and unhelpful man on the phone (there was an angry man shouting at me in the background too) that they have never had this kind of issue before, trying to make out that I am a bad customer. However, the carpet fitter had a very different story. Almost every customer that he goes to who have bought from this company has had similar issues and bad things to say.

Delivery guys were very friendly and polite,also very professional. They certainly deserve this good review.
Sales person was very helpful, friendly and professional too. Didn't feel pressured into buying. All In all very professional company. Thank you ScS. 13/07/2020
