dreadful do not use on any account. my four year old granddaughter has been scalped. I have just had to take her to another salon elsewhere to repair the damage. has cost me a fortune to correct. bless her, she is so upset - as am I
Very rude to the paying customer and not just one member of staff but 3! I think they of the thinking that because they are cheap they do not have to give good customerservice! WRONG! I will never go back I have found another hairdresser that is only £3 more and by far better! If I could have rated a minus I would have!!
