Unfortunately their best stylist has gone, she was the one redeeming feature of this establishment, the owner/manager does not help the business, her hair is not a good advertisement for the business, now they never seem to be open. So I have found another hairdresser.
Would not recommend or go back to Precision (Alder Road)due to the owners bad attitude and rudeness. The owner lacks customer service skills and the salon is way over priced for what it is. However the stylist was friendly, helpful and curtious.
