I have never been spoken to or treated so
badly as by the men in the shop, including
the manager, who delt with my sons phone.
They had the mobile for 5 weeks and actually
ended up breaking the camera in the duration,
then refused to do anything about it.
Dispite being promised that I would be
informed of the progress, I never once
received a call. I called every 3rd day. On 2
occasions they hung up on me. My partner and
I were told different things were wrong with
it and that it had been sent to Samsung, but
when he went to the shop it was still
there!.
There was no remorse in what they said to me
and what they did and didn't do to the
mobile.
I ended up taking it away. Am very unhappy,
dissatisfied and disgusted with the whole
experience.
I know need to buy my son a new mobile.
