ROYAL MAIL - HOVE, EA

Today 16/05/20 at 10:20 I was at home and the driver for my parcel ID NX853819010GB did not bother to ring , because that the way the DUTY NUMBER 76 behave on a regular basis, but left as usual left a card "Something for you". BUT this is not the worse, the worse being he filed a erronous report online stating, I quote "there did not seem to be anyone" when I was at home. Furthermore, how the hec would you know if there is someone unless you ring the bell?
when you don't want to ring a bell because you want to be done with your shift, at least don't lie to cover your back!
I am sick and tired of this driver I had reported but the management seems to cover his back on a systematic basis and come up with BS excuses to keep him working when he does all but a good job when it comes down to the customer themselves. Royal mail is so keen on protecting their crappy staff that they make sure that in the complaint option, the staff related issue is not mentionned, so if that's not caring the least for the service you provide, what is?
Furthermore you have the call option working on saturday from 8 to 1pm: I called at 11:32 as per my phone to hear me say the office was closed and I had to call during opening hours: this is the most disgracefull service that ever was! I think you would be hard to beat when it comes down to the worst of the customer service someone can think of. IF this depot does not give the slightest damn, at least the people have the right to know and I want to hightlight this is a genuine disastrous feedback regarding this depot and people have the right to know at least: shame on you!

Today, at 12:52 I was home as I expected a delivery I needed to turn down: the postman KR did not bother to ring my bell, dropped the parcel meant to be returned through my door and left me a "something for you" red card as the 3d parcel was too big: I have, ONCE MORE, to go down to Denmark Villas tomorrow just because he could not be bothered to do his job and ring the bell to let me know he was there...I suppose I should as well read his mind!!! Not happy as this is unfortunately a recurrent event!

An absolute disgrace, my item was posted to me first class Friday morning …Tuesday afternoon item still not delivered!! Tried to ring the office to find out when we might expect the postman to grace us with a visit but got the usual "choose option 95" runaround. How they have the nerve to call this a service is beyond me, its more like a lottery, you may or may not get your post delivered on time, or you may not get it delivered at all. These guys could not run a cold bath let alone a near monopoly. Total shambles made up of couldn't give a toss staff. They should be ashamed of themselves.
