SPECSAVERS OPTICIANS AND AUDIOLOGISTS - BYRES ROAD - GLASGOW, GLG

Few weeks ago i purchased some cath kidston frames,due to the tempting offer of a 25% discount voucher for the shop i use in glasgow, only to find after i paid my£125.00,( which apparently you have to pay up front as they dont want to be left with lenses that people have pai a deposit for and then not collected them!!!) I then asked my voucher( after all i was just going to treat myself) I was told i could not get the voucher till i collect my glasses, even though the glasses were fully paid,no voucher was given,well the next day i arrived to collect my glassess,and may i add my daughter had her eye test that day and also purchased two pair of glasses which she collected later that day,When i collected my Cath Kidston specks,not a member of staff new about tnis 25%voucher i was promised,i waited whiost i watchec this lovely young girl asking senior members of staff about the voucher, half an hour past and she arrived with a 15% CathKidston voucher, I said ,i thought it was a 25% voucher,then this man stepped in and said .No that was amistake by a member of staff,it is a 15% voucher....I cannot understand how they get away with this,however when i got home,really upset,i read the back of the voucher and it said i had to spend£35 before i can use it,it also was due to go out of date in a weeks time.Its not the voucher it is the principal of this whole sordid sale. Certainly will never use specsavers nor will my family or wide range of friends from Hyndland.
