The night staff are terrible for customers.
My friend was told to fu.. off only because
he had Hermes parcel. It's not the first time
the same person is so rude and does not know
how to deal with customers. Reviews on Google
just confirms that as he had been rude not
just to my friend.
The best was when he was asked for management
contact he said "I'm not bothered". Exactly
what somebody else have put on Google.
I personally been told by one of the
employees that many customers been
complaining about this employee that works
at nights. Terrible experience.
Not even worth one star rating. Very poor
