Comments: On the face of it this is a really good start up dispatch system, it has quite a lot of features and is relatively easy to use, all of its features are nearly there but just don't quite make it, it's excellent as a start up to get you up and running but that's where it ends I'm afraid. The accounting / invoicing package is awful but atleast it has one, the biggest problem with Cabtreasure is the truly appalling customer service, after sales support is non existent, if.they can understand what the problem is they may have a go at fixing it, if they don't understanfd they just ignore you. You just have to hope you never need to ask them for help. The saving grace is the price, I suppose the old adage you get what you pay for springs to mind. In summary not a bad dispatch system and features, but all the features lack quality and are only good for a start up company. customer service / after sales support appalling, if it stays cheap worth a look but if they want anything approaching £100 per month avoid this product, you will be investing in trouble for your company.

I would not recommend using this software at all, worst customer service rude people sitting there specially waheed and micky (lady) . Worst ever experience so please I would recommend to suicide rather taking this software for your company. software is absolutely rubbish.
