Really bad never back again! Just waste £25

AWFULLLLLLLLLLLLLL!! Had the older lady who always wears the purple she screamed in my face, pushed my hands around so aggressively, spoke about me to the other works in Chinese with broken English so I could understand it was about me and continuously slapped my hand with a nail file like a dog if I moved. Going to make a formal complaint to the Arndale ASAP

If I could give no stars I would that's how shocking this place is! The service comes with rude woman who grab at ya hands and practically try rip half your real nail off. Not to even mention all the cuts and burns off the nail drill thing! £25 for a pair of painted acrylics, more like for the rough service ya hands get! Never again, wouldn't even bother wasting ya time girlies. Oh also, you have to put up with shite music being played down ya ear hole while ya there.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Came her for the first time just coming up to three weeks ago. When they were done the guy was lovely tbh but a lady came in he knew and was obviously rushing with me so he could do the other lady. Moved me over and got them done byanother lady which is fine whatever. Got home and my nails were getting caught on like my hair and stuff which caused 3 nails to split and break,as clearly we’rent filed properly. Went in got them redone and a lady did them so quick and they were completely different thickness and shape to my others. I had to pay for them again which also really annoyed me as don’t see how that’s my failt and told them how soon it was I got them done. Again another week gone by and the same things happened again!!! (3 nails off! I refuse to go back as clearly they are no good and I will NEVER EVER go again complete waste of money

I'm not really one for leaving reviews on things, but I had to warn people about this place. I've actually never experienced such shocking customer service in my life. I shown the woman a picture of the nails I wanted and got something completely different. They're so rough with you, both me and my friend left here with cuts all over our fingers from the drill they use, then they put nail varnish remover on the cut. One of my nails were bent, when I tried to tell the woman that was doing my nails this she ignored me and carried on with the acrylic. There was also an elderly woman In there at the same time as us getting her eyebrows done she told the woman that was doing them that she had done one shorter than the other and if she'd be able to sort it out for her, the woman doing them replied 'I'll sort it out next time you come in'???.. I'll definitely not be going back here! Mine and my friends nails stayed on for 3 days. - i wish there was an option for no stars.
