Park my car here what great service bus at airport as we walk out and best of all car started and lovely and warm, couldn't ask for better, thank you!

WARNING!! BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS AIRPORT PARKING!!!! I used this service in May 2017. I left my car in their care for one week. Upon my return. The car windscreen was smashed. There was not a manager about so the receptionist took photographs and informed me to call back to speak to a manager.... I called everyday....5-10 times per day and I was fobbed off each time I called. I eventually got to speak with Paul who simply told me that it was not his problem. F.S.S. are not held responsible for any damage to cars left in their care. I checked their T and C's and low and behold it states that they will not be held responsible for smashed windscreens/punctured tyres/damage to the bodywork etc...IN OTHER WORDS THEY WILL AND CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE TO YOUR VEHICLE...AND HAND IT BACK TO YOU IN ANY CONDITION...AND THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE!!! THIS COST ME £500 TO REPLACE MY WINDSCREEN. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY. Very upsetting. Do not use this company as your car is not safe here and it could end up costing you a lot of money to fix your car.

Dropped off car no problem, check in and airport shuttle very quick and easy. Returned and was picked up in around 10 mins from phoning. Car waiting with engine running which was a nice touch on such a cold evening. Will use again if flying from manchester.

This was the First time we have used this company so where naturally a little unsure as to what to expect .However we arrived there and found the whole process very easy and straightforward .We were Welcomed by very friendly staff who unloaded our car and placed our cases onto the nearby transport .We were Then taken swiftly to the terminal and again our cases were unloaded .Upon arrival back in the U.k We called the number provided and within a few minutes the transport arrived . On arriving back to the Car Park we were extremely grateful to see our car literally right beside the bus and the engine was running allowing for a warm welcome back in a cold , damp Manchester .We were extremely happy with the service provided and would certainly use this service again and are more than happy to recommend it to friends and family .We have used many other airport parking services in the past but all in all this was by far the best .Thank's F.S.S

I saw that FSS had good reviews and it was a great relief to me that they were as good as I read! (Especially as my husband uses on site parking with work!) It was cheap but the service not compromised. We did smile on seeing the car lights on, ready to roll whilst we were deciding the tactics to unload our luggage and avoid the queue to to 'collect our key' and sort out any paper work! Great to have a warm car too!
