I don’t leave negative feedbacks normally, I understand someone could have had a bad day, etc, I know customer service is a hard job but I just cannot leave this as nothing happened...

What an awful service I’ve had here today!
Do not go there ever! You will be served as if you are a beggar, barked and shouted, seriously (I don’t look as the one though for sure).
What a humiliation and the day ruined :(

The lady at the counter started staring at me the moment I entered, followed me and so rudely and high tone started interrogating me if I’m going to buy anything or ‘just browsing??!!’ Well who would in his sober mind go to cafe to ‘browse’ at this weather and plus with the lockdown in place?! I said I want to actually buy something to eat if I could! I couldn’t hold myself and raised the tone too, and here we go, talking extremely loud almost screaming to each other while she served me other staff silently watching us, she didn’t even apologise or felt bad or whatsoever! What a scene! What was that all about I wonder?
We think with Covid thing we’ve got the end of the world but I name this attitude the one, excuse me, mind your tone, lady! I am a customer and I had good intentions, nothing else than just to get something for a lunch, I don’t owe you anything or do I which I perhaps don’t know? Otherwise what was that all for?

Alberts Deli, I’d strongly recommend to consider on improving your customer service if your do not want customers running from you.
The lamb curry was average, unfortunately, too. Not scrutinising here, sorry, just giving my fair opinion.
Well, that would anyway do as I’m not fussy and would make me happy if not the ‘hot barking sauce’ which I had to have it poured on top :(
