The staff in Timpsons were rude and arrogant. I popped in spur of the moment to get a canvas watch strap, replaced. I had a replacement strap with me The youth in the shop did not look at the watch just quoted £15.00 to fit the strap. I was very surprised @ the price given, as the shop assistant did not even look at the. Watch.. I called another Timpson shop in Durham.the assistant was clear and precise. The price given was £5.00 Area manager contacted myself and sided with the member of staff Stating he was polite etc etc Whatever happened to customer is always right. And people wonder why high street shops are going under.. Ask before you under take work at Timpsons..
