Ordered from MissGuided loads of times and never had any problem at all. Deliveries are always prompt the next day (normally by about 11am) and any (albeit very few) returns have been handled promptly and without question. Goods have always been good quality and well liked by the recipient. Probably our first stop now when she needs a wardrobe update as what you get is really good for the price, and much more cost effective that some high street chains I could mention.

Appalling company. Do not order from them . Can not deliver on basic customer service. It has no number to contact them on. will take postage that guarantees next day delivery to only receive the day you should have received your goods a Sorry but the pixies are experiencing issues with your delivery??? what business uses the term pixies!!! A company that thinks there customers are fool perhaps. I have now received further delay with another patronising 10% discount of my next order!! what next order believe me there WONT BE A NEXT ONE!!!!
