NATIONAL TYRES AND AUTOCARE URMSTON - URMSTON, GR

Beware people of urmston. This garage cheats. Recently I had a minor service, which amongst other things included an oil/oil filter change. When i got home, I check the dipstick and was horried to find out the oil was black. You guess right they never changed the oil or the oil filter but they charged me for it. But thats was the least of my worries. Had I not checked it I would have run my car for another 10,000 miles on old oil and probably bring it back next year for another service and the same thing could happen again. The engine would have been totally ruined resulting in the loss of thounsand of pounds. (I must say that in the previous service the oil was changed because when i had checked the oil did look clear and clean). I just couldnt be bothered going back to them back and had an oil change elsewhere and guess what the oil was like honey on the dipstick. They also ruined some part of my car's exhaust as well because as i got in the car and drove away I could hear it was blowing and it wasnt blowing prior to the car being "serviced". They even had the cheek to tell me after that I would need a new exhaust soon as it is blowing a bit and probably saw a surprised look on my face.
The mechanics there are also very unfriendly. Yes all of them. Its not surprising because they are about to rip you off so their guilty conscience stopped them from being friendly and helpful. They bring shame to National Tires and more than likely to be ripping them off too as the money they got from customers like me would not go to National Tires but is shared between the gang of crooks in this Urmston Garage on Gloucester Road. Stay away from them
