Looking for two large rugs today at Dunelm Trafford/Urmston. We were literally followed around by a member of staff as if we were shop lifters. As if I was going to unhook a 2m x 1.5m rug and slip it in my handbag. Left without buying anything. Think staff need training. Won't be returning.
