Worst experience ever ! Delivery Messed Up Twice in One Day and still not right ... Staff at till rude , then puts my shopping in another customers delivery ... delivered 3 hours After Delivery Slot and still not all there . 5 phone calls , one where I was told the van that our food travels in , is a Fridge ! Not a Freezer yet delivery man say his van is -5 .. so who is telling the truth? ... So I ask the question is it safe to eat Chicken and Fish from there it it's travelled for hours in a fridge ! This store was on fire the other week and stunk of smoke .. my hands were filthy after standing at the till .. still covered in smoke soot.. They want to visit the Ruislip Store , Staff amazing and Delivery Perfect and On Time!
