We have just had scarification with this company. You cannot imagine our upset when we discovered that they had left 24 full black sacks of grass behind after the work. We await advice from trading standards as the company were unwilling to remove the waste despite a charge of £302 for their work. They insist they sent us advice regarding leaving the waste and when we asked for proof of this they sent an attachment dated the day of our complaint and not dated the day of our engagement of services. In other words they were unable to prove that they had advised us of the waste in advance. Our advice is not to use this company unless you have a small army of ponies to eat the waste left behind. Do not use this company! They have zero organisational skills! Booked an appointment last week for a Thursday (my only day off during the week) I phoned this morning to clarify the appointment and after some messing about, it was confirmed for AM. At 12:30 I phoned to ask where they were after staying in all morning, to be told I do t have an appointment!

I cancelled Green thumb after trying about 5 years plus to get a good lawn . So gave them enough time to sort lawn.
Our lawn is absolutely awful full of weeds and very patchy. And that’s not because not enough water especially as we’ve had plenty of rain . Think the last treatment they put too much treatment on lawn plus they walk from one persons lawn to another with boots that are not clean so customers are left with disease from other customers weeds etc. Absolute rubbish don’t use complete waste of money. Funny they don’t have a place to review on their actual website wonder why !!
