Spoilt two houses on 87newchurch road rawtenstall don't come back to rectify anything don't return phone calls my biggest mistake was to pay cash this company needs avoiding at all costs

We had a new roof which seems to be a reasonable job, but time will tell. Isaac is very unreliable. He says he or someone else will come tomorrow, then the next day, then next week, but they don't. I've spent nearly two months trying to get him to come and fix a problem with the front dormer, where water pours down constantly when it rains and the fascia board has been pulled away. He advertises in the Maghull paper as "local", but is based in Accrington, about an hour away.

I was following this persons/companies vehicle (WR15 ZJO) and was appalled at the fact they were tossing all their rubbish out of the window whilst driving down a main A road. All I could see was their Subway wrappers being tossed out of the drivers side and passenger side windows. If you do not have pride in the tidyness of your country, more than likely you will not have any pride in your work. Littering is such a bone idle and lazy trait which unfortunately too many people do in this country. I have zero respect for people who litter, therefore I have no respect for this company.
Put it in a bin, it’s not hard.

The comments above are very similar to mine,lsaac was supposed to repair my roof, sent someone else was here 3hrs and charged £1350 CASH, and it still let water in, he said he would send someone, but no one came he would not return tex and phone calls his advert says all work guaranteed and insured but that in not true.we have had to get another roofer in to compleat the job he charged £60 he also said he felt sorry for us to be treated this way. PS also the roofer lsaac sent reversed his van into my neighbours wall which he said he would come back and repair but won’t return tex and phone calls
