RADIO CABS (ASHTON) LTD - ASHTON-UNDER-LYNE, LA

Worst taxi company I have ever come across, ordered a taxi 5 hours in advance - half an hour late and told the taxi has not been dispatched yet at 3 AM No customer service, completely unreliable, avoid at all cost!!! Left stood in the rain with no explanation - never again!

Do not use this cab company if the journey is time sensitive or the weather is cold......you will wait. They have all the bells and whistles regards technology but when it comes to customer service there is none. I understand that there are time wasters and drunken idiots phoning all the time but please do not treat us all like that. I stood outside the local pub with my 82 year old inlaws for 20 minutes this evening to be told I was a liar and a had not phoned previously even though I had a ring back on my phone and spoken to 2 people previously. Manners go a long way in my book and all the whistles and bells do not make up for the fact you think us all drunken yobs looking for trouble...all I wanted was for you to be honest....bye bye after 30 years of loyal custom!

Constantly blocking driveways, and when you tell them you need to go to the hospital they tell you to ring the police or they won't move, so it's either ambulance or Uber whichever is quicker.

Do Not use this firm. We were attempting to drive along Egerton Street. Ashton and the driver was stopped in the middle of the road and would not let us through. Very abusive and wouldnt budge. Quite frightening .
