This company s****! I have tried to get a replacement for a faulty Freeview box and am now just being ignored. Apparently the faulty unit was returned to their "old" address and has obviously vanished into the ether! Along with any customer service contacts 14 days after last "service message" saying not to worry about loss of money as once item is located at old address further resolution of order will continue. 14 days to find an item feels more like lack of care to resolve issue and just accept my money without providing me with a product!
