Our engineer came out today, 10th Oct. 2011, to modify our BEKO fridge/freezer. He was very friendly/efficient and was done within 10 minutes! He explained everything to Gary, as he went along, checked to make sure everything was in order and made sure the fridge light was on, after he was finished. Very good guy. We would both recommend him and the company with no problems. It may be too early to tell, if everything is okay, but we're both pretty confident there will be no problems at all.
