VODAFONE - MANCHESTER, LA

Avoid this store! Some staff just have not got a clue how to provide an efficient service, no order in you being seen, very slow service. Beenin other stores and always received excellent service, sadly you do not receive good customer service in this store

I have apparently bought two phones from this shop back in September, Vodafone head office are a waste of space and very unhelpful as this is identity fraud!!! I am wondering how I could of bought these phones as I have had my arm in a plaster cast since the 24th August and cant drive!. I suggest you steer clear of Vodafone at all cost

So my phone refuses to charge this morning, off to the Vodafone shop I went to see if they could sort it out before my trip to Rome... After an hour and a visit to the Apple Store were they sent me to have my "where's my phone" cancelled, back to the Vodafone shop I went only to be told it would have to be sent away with a cost of £104 before it had even been properly examined? .... No I said " I shall find an I dependant phone repairer" which I did only for him to spend less than 4 minutes on my phone clearing dust from the charge socket and my phone was good to go and in perfect working order, and at a cost of NOTHING,NADA, please do not be taken in by those f******* at the Vodafone centres, they are useless and only wanna rip you off..... Be warned folks ¿¿

Tried to ring this store over 40 times in one day and over 15 the next with still no staff answering any calls and even when vodafone cust serv have tried to put me through still nothing

Bought Nokia 108 from this store on 06/04/16 on the assurance that it had hands free blue tooth for car. Not so! Internet research shows Blue tooth only available for file sharing with Slam. So the phone is useless for me, but not worth the time/expense of taking it back. Very disappointed. Also told that I couldn't get a battery for my existing Nokia. Also not true. The battery in the 108 is identical. It seems staff are il-informed about the products they sell. Would not visit again.
