Called and asked about a repair to my dryer which had stopped working. Told it would be £35. OK go ahead.
This then changed to £45 because it was a Miele and needed their specialist repair man.
He came out, at time agreed, unscrewed 2 screws and seemed flummoxed. He rang a mate to ask how to put it into test mode because he had forgotten how! He couldn't fix it. Thought it would need a new control panel and would come back to me with a price. Then charged £54. £45 plus vat.
He was there no more than 15 minutes. Most of that time on the phone to his mate and writing out a receipt.
Never heard anything more from him or ADS, despite phone calls and email.
Only seemed interested in getting his call out charge. Not an expert. Poor service. Would not recommend. J

Molly Cooper, Hale. I had excellent service recently when the fan on my electric Creda cooker needed replacing. The person I spoke to made enquiries to see if the part was available which, fortunately it was. An appointment was made and the engineer, David, tested the cooker to confirm the fault and fitted the new part. I would recommend Advanced Domestic Services Ltd. for their First class service.

I have worked with this company over the past 12 years in my role as a Service Support Officer with housing for the over 55's and the vulnerable and have always found them to be professional, friendly and customer orientated when requesting their services. They are prompt with their delivery of the product ordered and also the installation of said product. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether it be for personal or company purchases as they are not efficient as already mentioned but they also treat their customers with respect at all times and will go out of their way to assist if necessary.
