I have been visiting this salon for many years and thought I was a valued customer. However I was recently treated in such a humiliating way at this salon that I actually walked out - something I never do - and I feel compelled to advise others to avoid this salon for that reason. A senior member of staff towered over me, raised her voice to me and spoke to me in an incredibly condescending manner. Another stood behind me giving me 'dirty looks' in the mirror. I refuse to stay in a salon where that behaviour is acceptable. I wrote to the management to complain but they made no real effort to get in touch with me. Clearly they condone this behaviour. I remain incredibly humiliated.
