I bought a mercedes 320cls 07plate last year. I It was advertised at the right price.Or so i thought..The advert said taxed WITH FSH.Turns out not true. The nightmare now starts. Always wanted a cls and new the salesman. I borrowed 10 grand and bought the car, a few marks on body but decent miles. I Asked the salesman for the history who said the previous owner has it. some old fella he knew. it turns out not true.there never has been a service history. so i rang mercedes uk. they said it has never been serviced at a main dealer. To late for me they had my money. and i had to tax it aswell. well I would never have bought the car if this was the case.Then after i went mad he finally got some duplicate with some bogus stamps. where has this car been for the first 50k??? now the PROBLEMS start with the car. had to replace LH&RH window regulators..then the car kept going into limp mode after a few weeks. then the front springs exploded (corosion) in total 4 sensors have been replaced. Alloy wheels cracked and needed welding, not genuine AMGs!!!.3 tyres replaced.i found sand or silt under spare wheel...WHAT DOSE THAT TELL YOU? i cannot go anywhere in this car because it goes into limp mode now all the time. its had the turbo Actuator replaced didnt cure problem. Its now back in garage been there 2 wks still no joy. Apart from my car loan i have spent 2 grand UPTO NOW. The salesman lied to me from the start causing me financial stress and sleepless nights and family rows. This my experience. hope its been a help!
