Unfortunately I have only complaints to make
about the service given by Barclays and
having banked with them for many years fell
that I am in a position of being forced to
switch banks.
I think it is disgraceful that the branch is
"temporarily" closed I am a 73 year old who
needs to bank cheques etc. and with current
restrictions barring me from leaving the area
I have no means of depositing cheques or
money. When I rang the help line all I got
was your local branch will accept cheques,
the lady did not even know that it was closed
for the foreseeable future.
