Called in to drop off a Hermes parcel, only to find that they would not take it. The driver had collected today's parcels and Hoopers do not keep them overnight. I am not young and had walked some distance and was very put out.
Don't try leaving a Hermes parcel after 3pm as they refuse to accept it. The lady owner is very rude and abrupt. Stay clear of these people
Lovely blonde lady in store this morning 15/06/20 who was really helpful with guidance on using the Hermes parcel machine, who was also very polite and helpful with other customers also. A nice shop to visit with a very helpful shop assistant. Thanks.
