I have been a regular client at this practice for over 20 years. I went in this evening to pick up some worming pills for my puppy. The cost was £2. I had only brought a card and that necessitated a minimum payment of £5. I asked if this minor amount could be put on my account and was told 'No'. I returned 10 minutes later - she didn't recognise me- and paid. I did point out that I'd been a regular, long standing customer and that this wasn't good customer service. I was told 'It's not good for me either if I lose my job, is it!' I'm now looking for a new vet!
