I had a mattress del which I felt was poor
quality as it was sagging after a couple of
weeks. I took a replacement and the same has
happened again. I'm currently awaiting
contact with them re next steps.

Recently purchased new adjustable bed- no complaints there . Delivery men were worse than useless, damaged laminate flooring . Following day 2 other men came to inspect the problem, very helpful nearly sorted the problem. Asked to supply quote for renewal to floor but nowhaving to chase up customer services regarding replacing bedroom and landing flooring. Dont use answering sytem to contact BFD they dont admit you have called.
I bought a mattress - delivered on 08 Nov and by approx. 16th Nov it was sagging and looking more like a pre-war flock bed. I'm trying for a replacement but my complaint from last week is being passed around. I'm currently awaiting contact from "Director Barry" re visit/inspection of mattress. Customer service has been courteous. Will repost with follow-up
