Contacted Jessops , Liverpool. and spoke to a very helpful and polite young man, regarding parts for my Samsung NX1000 Camera. He was so helpful and professional, and advised me that the part I required I could use from my Samsung phone. Its so lovely to speak to someone who is helpful and doesn`t just fob you off. I have been looking for a new printer for my craftwork. after speaking to a Canon advisor in John Lewis who told me of a good printer that they didnt stock, we went back to the car and checked to see who might have one. Jessops in Liverpool were showing stock. I rang and yes they had one delivered to them that morning, just one, the only one for 18 months they said. we wanted to drive over but they were closing sooner than we thought so wouldnt make it. Morris told us to order on line and then it would go through to them and they would send it out. we were trying to sort this still sitting in the car, when my mobile rang and it was morris ringing back to say he could do it from there, if I was willing to pay over the phone. I of course said yes and off we went, he sorted the collection by mail while I was on the phone, gave me the tracking number, and said his colleague was packing it up as we spoke. This was saturday at 3.45 and it was delivered on tuesday afternoon. He went above and beyond and was so pleasant and the colleague (s) who helped him. Thank you Morris you are a credit to Jessops, now I just have to be able to set it up.
