COSMETICA TRAINING - MOSSLEY HILL, ME

The service provided by the trainers is brilliant the experience however falls down dramatically by the poor reception . The receptionist is rude .. Not helpful and snotty .. and because of this I won't be returning for anymore treatments .. my sister also felt completely shocked by her treatment to all the clients in the waiting room .. pure shame

I have also had an awful experience and I have emailed the company via their site a letter of complaint as advised to do so by 3rd parties. I have been advised to wait and see what their reply is. I know they have received my email as the receptionist told me that she has seen it . She told me it would be responded to this afternoon. But at I fully agree with the comments as above...diabolical treatment received by cosmetica. Big issues need to be addressed and dealt with. I have noted other poor reviews on the internet and had my concerns prior to booking courses with them. I was sceptical but unfortunately went ahead. Big Big Mistake, treated really badly and situation dealt with completely unprofessionally. Appalled at every aspect of this incident.

Tracey is very rude and patronising. Belittles people in front of others on training and is in a world of her own. Such a shame I won’t be returning

This establishment is worse than poor. It's diabolical. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
