I had a kitchen 2 half years ago. the Kitchen is still not finished upto to Standard. units Faulty. No Manager from Wren Kitchens would sign off the Kitchen as it wasn't up to Scratch..Ripples in most of the units. Taps broken twice. waiting on 3rd lots of taps. Work top is all marked. Gas Hob (5 Lighter) only 3 work. The Owner of Wren Kitchen come to my house to see kitchen. He was rude and arrogant. all the Managers that came to my house house and wouldn't sign the kitchen off becasue it was not god enough. have all since been sacked. After constant emailing and calling for over 3 years. my kitchen has still yet to be completed. I've ask my kitchen to be changed to another. as the kitchen i saw in the show room didn't have ripples in the units. and the owner of Wren kitchens refused. Can someone keep me any advice...I have been to Citizens advice. I have kept all correspondence. this has caused so much upset to myself and my husband who is very ill. the Joy of a new kitchen has turned to a Nightmare.
