DIMPLE KITCHENS LIMITED - HAYES, MI

Pathetic quality, pathetic service and completely unprofessional set of people! I would give them a zero rating if that was possible. The reasons being:

- The quality of the products received are abysmal. There are chips on the carcass cabinets; the doors were of wrong size; some items were missing and have not been provided yet (it’s been 25 days after the delivery date); a couple of cabinets were damaged beyond use.

- Our complaints about the damaged items were not resolved. One of the representatives, Prabhdeep, told us “you guys came to us, it was your decision to buy from us”. Genuinely find it extraordinary that this is the reason given for shoddy goods & services.

- The company personnel are quite rude and after some time (note all the items are not yet delivered) have stopped taking our calls or responding on the WhatsApp group they had created.

- What they say at the time of purchase is completely opposite to the final product. All the deficiencies of their products in terms of maximum lengths etc. came to light only after the products were delivered - we have a joint in the wall cabinets because they failed to inform us about their maximum lengths at the time of purchase.

- We did not receive what was shown to us at the time of purchase. They showed us a thick pelmet in their showroom and in the plan; however in reality they have provided us the end panels of the cabinet as a pelmet, which is much thinner.

- One of the doors is of a different colour inside panel than the rest. Again our complaint regarding that has been ignored. We have been told we are asking too much!

We are still waiting for our items to be delivered and do not know when this will be resolved. Be extremely careful if you buy from this company!!
