ROYAL MAIL - RUISLIP, MI

Whats the point of putting a phone number if you want to hide behind an automated system. I received a card and was then told that the driver was from stanmore and had taken my parcel there. I was then told it would be delivered on Monday... its now Wednesday and nearly xmas, can I speak to someone about this no just a computer, bad service, minus 5 again.

minus 5 re booked my recorded delivery letter be resent. didn't come on day said, contacted royal mail customer services office . delivery office hadn't even acknowledged the booking re booked for another day which they might actually do if i am lucky. cant contact them by phone neither can the royal mail. I love the way they do one job and cant even do that right and god forbid other peoples time money and inconvenience. maybe time put the job out to tender find company can do it wont let me do minus had do 1 star unfortunately they wont accept less

regulary getting next doors mail and visa versa final insult our post and 2 other houses post in Bury ave were found in the front garden of the house across the road What is going on will be making enquiries about this disgraceful service !!!! Joke wanted to put no stars but had to put 1 to allow comment to be submitted!!

Could you please explaine why a letter clearly addressed was delivered to the wrong number

I am getting fed up of having to park in Tesco's car park whenever I go to collect a parcel. There are designated spaces for customers on the side of the building but these are always full even though no other customers are collecting parcels. To whom do the cars belong? Also, people abandon their cars on double yellow lines outside the office and make a mad dash to get their parcel. This is illegal and inconveniences other road users. I have contacted Royal Mail but they say nothing can be done about it! So frustrating.
