DOMINO'S PIZZA - NOTTINGHAM - CARLTON HILL - NOTTINGHAM, NO

Terrible service and staff are liars. I order 2 pizzas and was told it would be 30 mins. 50 mins had passed so I called up the store. The lady on phone said the driver left 10 mins ago. The driver turned up and said he had only just left the store this being an hour now passed. Avoid Carlton hill dominos

I agree with the other review that said the staff are liars. I had been a repeat customer and then, on one occasion, an item was missing from my order when delivered. When I rang to ask about it they offered to send the item out. It never came. When I phoned up the next week they said the manager had seen the item go in the bag to be delivered, so I was basically a liar and they wouldn't compensate me. I got quite angry being accused of lying and the call handler said he would have to hang up on me if I didn't speak to him nicely. So...I was money down and didn't have my order. I will never order from Domino's again. There are better pizza places that don't treat you like you're trying to defraud them.
