HUNGRY HUT AND DESSERT HAVEN - NOTTINGHAM, NO

We ordered from the Masala Hut side of the company, we had chicken Tikka Masala and pilau rice. Well my the 1st order both me and my husband agreed this was way to over salted, the main and the rice were both over salted and quiet a shock to our tongues! So I rang and the guy immediately suggested the cook had mixed salt with sugar and we will get sent our entire order again, which they did eventually but upon setting down to eat again it became very apparent that the sauce had just had added sugar to try and mask the salt... It didn't work and the rice was just as salty and bland, not the usual colourful rice you expect. So this just ended up in the Bin as we just couldn't take the pure salt overload! So this was our first order and definitely our last!

When ordering food from a reputable place such as hungry hut, you expect your food in good order. But when my wife bit into her pizza and choked before taking out a huge piece of hair. One would think the take away would be apologetic and offer a replacement meal of my wife's choice. Hungry Hut decided to first argue, even when my wife only asked for chips and cheese as a replacement as the hair in the pizza really put her off. We eventually got the replacement food, after much arguing.
