Terrible customer services. A part I expected within 4 days of ordering (as per my order/receipt e-mail, they sent me), but it didn't happen. The e-mailed me the day before changing the date to 3 weeks later, so 2days before the new delivery date, I got another e-mail, but this time there was no date or explanation, I had to email to ask what happened and they just blamed the manufacturer. So a whole 7 weeks later I got a email saying it has been dispatched/shipped, but I still had to wait a further 6 days for my delivery despite paying for a 3 day delivery ( they tried to say that UPS there shipping company don't do weekends, which is completely not true, because I've used them before) I asked for a partial refund of my delivery charge because I didn't get what I paid for, but they refused. They are absolutely disgusting and if you are running a business and need parts for your computer's, they would seriously put a dent in your performance. So don't use them
EET were actually very reassuring over the phone with the parts they thought I needed for my laptop and it turned out to be the exact part I needed and cheaper then any re-sellers. They had an answer for me within our 3 minute telephone coversation and they were more than polite and very proffesional. I paid for standard delivery and received my part within the 3 days so I guess my experience with EET was brillaint. Perfect service and just such welcoming staff. I think they've had a couple new comers over the past few weeks as My brothers and I order quite alot from EET. Looks like they know exactly where to find the perfect team members.
