I brought a cooker from you it was delivered and install old cooker taken away, all this was done without a fuss even when they had to climb 3 flights of stairs, the guy were so nice, I will be back for a dryer and TV .

I visited Powerpoint in the search for a fridge freezer, when C***** had been unable to find what I was looking for. I was greeted by Gary who went out of his way to help me - suggesting various options and when nothing in store quite matched my specific requirements, offered to contact various suppliers to source the make, model and specifications required. Excellent customer service (far better than I got in C*****) and I will definitely use them in future.

My Cannon cooker, purchased 12 years ago from Powerpoint, developed a fault. I rang Powerpoint and within three days it was fixed. In the current situation this is really good service. Access to my house is difficult but the job was done in a cheerful and friendly manner. Thank you Powerpoint.
