One day, whilst I was queueing there was a
cash only sign up, as card machine wasn’t
working. Not staff’s fault but a member of
staff reached over the food counter and
slapped a notice on the glass to that effect
without saying a word. That immediately got
rid of half the queue, and people who had
been queueing for a while were cross. No
apology or explanation. Staff member just
walked off.
The following week the oven/grill wasn’t
working. The sandwich maker however wasn’t
telking anyone until they came to the front
of the queue That she could only provide cold
sandwiches, so once again they lost half
their waiting customers.
Service is very slow, and the staff look
bored, and sandwiches made with bad attitude
written accross their faces.
This branch is a waste of space.
