A charming rustic pub with character and
gorgous setting. The food was
outstanding..mouthwatering and not overly
expensive. Candles wine glasses..gleaming
cutlery..log fire.. beams clean warm rooms.
Good service. Only downside was upstairs to
toilets ( perhaps there are ground floor ones
also). Set next to a brook with overhanging
willow tress in a quiet village.
Most staff were very friendly and helpful.
Attended to us as soon as we entered.
We are planning to return soon and would
highly recommend .
