Terrible experience that still continues. I would not advise anyone to deal with this company for mobile telephone communications. We still cannot get the agreed monthly rebate on our EE bills nearly 1 year after switching. They only switched half our numbers and as a consequence we were paying dual Vodafone/EE bills on 5 out of 8 of our numbers. Ended up doing the remaining line cancellations and number porting ourselves but still cannot get a response about obtaining the monthly rebate from them. Have now issued them with a 7 days notice of intended court proceedings. We haven't had much support of EE although they have listened to our issues they say they do not have the power to act?
